1. Data controller

2. What data is processed and why

This website has no contact form and does not collect messages directly. If you click an email link and choose to write to me, I will process the sender’s email address and the information in the message to read, respond to and manage the correspondence. I will not use those messages to send unsolicited marketing.

3. Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in handling and replying to correspondence you choose to send and, where applicable, taking steps requested before a possible contractual relationship. I will delete messages once the enquiry has been resolved and they are no longer needed, unless retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Providers and technical data

Messages arrive in a Gmail account provided by Google, subject to its own terms and Privacy Policy. Google may process information in different countries under its terms and applicable legal mechanisms. Website hosting is provided by Inteligencia Activa S. L. The provider may process technical connection data (for example, IP address, access date and time, or security logs) to provide, maintain and secure the service, depending on the configuration and hosting terms. The location of servers and backups, and all possible sub-processors, has not been publicly confirmed; this policy does not claim a storage country that has not been verified.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability by emailing josemanuelsolercallado@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

6. External links and technologies

Links to Amazon and social profiles lead to external services when clicked; each service applies its own privacy policy. A static review of the included files did not identify code that sets cookies, uses browser local storage, or loads analytics, advertising, or embedded social players. A dynamic test of the published website has not been possible. The hosting service may generate technical logs or its own technologies depending on its configuration; this must be confirmed with the provider and checked after publication.
